Angela took on the job in a time when the market wasn't easy for sellers. Interest rates were through the roof. She went above and beyond. She had quite a few open houses, broker's lunches and a lot of work was put into the listing. She changed the wording and pictures when she thought appropriate and all in all was a very nice and easy person to work with. We ended up moving to our new home, out of state, before the sale of our home in New Hampshire. Angela took it upon herself to do everything she could to get our house sold with little help on our part. Not only did she sell it in a short amount of time, but also got a good price for our home. I was sitting at home trying to find a Realtor and hit the Verani button and look who popped up. Boy did I get lucky. We were not ready at the time and she was willing to wait for us to say go. And she kept us in tuned during that waiting time. After the go button was hit it was nonstop looking and checking and going to open house no matter were they were. We got lucky with her. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. Our previous home was not exactly close to where we were looking to buy which made it hard to see each home we liked. Angela made it a point to go to houses we were interested in and took great videos of them for us to be able to view them. We actually put an offer on the house we bought without physically seeing it because the video Angela took was so well done that we felt we were there! I also loved that she would text us each day with updates even if there wasn’t any updates.
